Sundance Mountain Resort

I felt welcomed by the staff. Highlights included hiking every day and enjoying spa treatments. I appreciated cozy evenings at the Owl Bar, striking up conversations with other guests. This stay reminded me of a personal retreat, one I won't forget. Living in New York, I found the tranquil escape refreshing.

Very positive overall experience. Everything was lovely, good service, marvellous location very close to the restaurants or bar, the ski lifts to the summit, and the mountains. Very helpful staff, free wake up calls and ironing available.

The hotel is fabulous with stunning rooms. The location is beautiful and awesome, in the mountains. The staff has always been attentive and knowledgeable. It has gorgeous views and offers amazing breakfasts.

The meals, particularly the pad thai, were excellent, and the ambiance created by the art and photography was charming. It was surprising that some dining options did not offer views of the mountains, which could enhance the overall experience.

Great hotel with excellent amenities like wi-fi, spa & wellness centre, and ski equipment hire. The staff even helped me find places with a good exchange rate during my first stay. I'll definitely be back for a holiday!

Our dining experience in a crowded restaurant started poorly, as we had to wait too long for service despite the venue being mostly empty. The atmosphere is rustic and inviting, yet some minor maintenance details could be improved for added comfort.

The staff at the spa provided amazing treatments. It was relaxing after a long day of skiing. Elevating the experience, restaurant meals were delicious, particularly dinner at The Foundry Grill. I faced issues with dining reservations since we weren't informed about needing to book ahead. Tried getting a table multiple times but had to settle for the deli more than I'd liked. It felt frustrating given the limited options nearby. They were building new townhomes, which took away from the serenity I anticipated. Despite these drawbacks, the skiing was fantastic, with well-maintained trails and a fun ski school for kids. I appreciated the variety of activities available beyond just skiing, like yoga classes.
